This recipe is one of those recipes that we get to improvise on the spot.  I mean, we were pretty bored with chicken and we kinda lazy to cook the veggie separately. The quick solution was obvious, wrap them and bake them in the oven, we clean up the mess while waiting and then, we have an easy weeknight meal ready to serve.

It’s basically chicken breast, beat it, flat it up.

Cut the veggie (we use carrot and sawi), garlic and chillie, we add smoked beef, put inside the chicken and roll them.

Seasoned with salt and pepper.

Baked for 40 minutes.
